Is SOLA legal?
Yes! Hemp-derived Delta-9 THC was made federally legal in the 2018 Farm Bill. There are, however, differing state regulations. Some states have specific restrictions on the maximum amount of hemp-derived THC allowed per serving/can. For instance, if you live in Connecticut, you will only be able to purchase our 3mg SOLA beverages. Sorry, we don’t make the rules!
What is Hemp-Derived THC?
Hemp-derived THC is the same psychoactive compound found in traditional cannabis (marijuana), but it is sourced from federally legal hemp plants. That means it delivers the familiar cannabis experience, but with broader legal access and consistency.
What dose should I get?
SOLA comes in three different dosing variations: 3mg, 5mg, and 10mg per can. Not all variations are available in all markets. If you have not tried THC or THC beverages before, we recommend starting with our lowest dose, 3mg. The higher the dose, the more potent the experience.
Why are THC beverages different than edibles?
Unlike edibles that need to be digested and metabolized by your body, THC beverages go directly into your bloodstream. This absorption begins in the mouth and continues as the liquid enters your stomach. Because of the way the THC in SOLA is absorbed and processed, the effects will be felt faster (think 15-30min on average, instead of up to a few hours for edibles) and will not last as long (or be as intense) as traditional edibles. Dose control is another benefit to THC beverages.

Currently, SOLA THC Beverages are available in retail stores in a handful of states. As more states begin to permit hemp-derived THC beverages, our footprint will expand.

We believe that the addition of CBD and Lion’s Mane round out the THC experience of SOLA.
CBD, or cannabidiol, is a non-intoxicating compound from hemp that promotes relaxation and wellness. In SOLA, it makes the THC experience more balanced and approachable. Lion’s Mane is a functional mushroom known for supporting focus, mental clarity, and mood. In SOLA, it balances the relaxation with sharper, feel-good energy.
